Why do I provide Massage Therapy?

Simply, I like people and am passionate about helping humans in all our diversities, maintain and achieve good health through the application of professional massage therapy using an evidence based, holistic and empathetic approach.

 I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy through Evolve College in 2022 and am a registered member of The Association of Professional Therapists, Massage and Myotherapy Australia.

My training as a massage practitioner and commitment to ongoing education ensures I have the skills to provide a massage that is tailored to your requirements.

I am fortunate to live south of nipaluna/Hobart with my family, surrounded by the best adventure playgrounds nature has to offer. There’s not much I do not find enjoyment in although some favourites are all things aquatic, cooking, gardening, fitness and people.

We all have differing requirements when it comes to massage.

Client needs will be addressed through listening to concerns, visual postural assessments and application of balanced techniques tailored to each individual person with ongoing adaptation to treatments as required.

Whatever your preference, a professional understanding of techniques will be used to provide massage therapy including:
Deep Tissue Massage | Oedema Massage | Remedial Relaxation | Stretching | Trigger Point Therapy

I am happy to provide rebates to clients with Private Health Insurance.

Client Health and Safety

In accordance with Tasmanian Government guidelines, hygiene requirements are strictly adhered to.
I do not require clients to wear masks during sessions, that being said, I will be masking up for best practice. An air purifier is provided the room for added client comfort.
